You can check the status of your PVC ration card order at any time through your account — no need to call or message us just to check progress.
How to Check Your Order Status
- Enter your order id and email id and Click on the Track Button.
- Click into any order for details — items, shipping method selected, and status history.
What Your Order Status Means
- Processing — Your payment is confirmed and your order is in our printing queue. Cards are printed within 36 hours of this stage.
- Completed — Your card has been printed and handed off to the courier for delivery.
- On Hold — There’s an issue that needs attention (usually a payment or file problem) — we’ll reach out if action is needed from you.
- Cancelled / Refunded — The order was cancelled before printing and refunded, per our Refund & Return Policy.
How Long Delivery Takes After Dispatch
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout:
