Ordering & Files
How do I order a PVC ration card? Select your state, upload a clear PDF or photo of your existing ration card through the on-site checkout form, choose a shipping option, and pay online. No account, email, or WhatsApp upload needed — everything happens on the product page.
What file formats can I upload? PDF, PNG, JPG
Can I order a PVC ration card for a state not listed on the site? We’re currently live for select states, with more being added. If your state isn’t listed yet, check back soon or contact us to ask.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available.
Is it safe to pay online? Yes, we use razorpay payment getaway
Printing & Timeline
How long does printing take? Your card is printed within 36 hours of order confirmation, before it’s dispatched.
Can I edit or cancel my order after uploading my file? Only before printing starts. Once printing has begun, the order can’t be changed or cancelled — see our Refund & Return Policy for full terms.
Do you correct mistakes on my ration card? No. We only print the ration card exactly as you upload it — we don’t issue, edit, correct, or verify the underlying data. Corrections need to go through the relevant government department first.

Card Details
What size is a PVC ration card? Standard credit-card size — 86 × 54mm, 0.76mm thick, glossy and waterproof, printed in full color on both sides.
Is a “plastic ration card” the same as a PVC ration card? Yes — “plastic ration card” and “PVC ration card” refer to the same thing. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is the specific durable plastic material used, which is why you’ll see both terms used interchangeably.
Data & Privacy
Is my uploaded ration card file safe? Your file is used only to produce your print and is deleted within 15–30 days after your order is completed. We don’t sell or share your data beyond what’s needed for printing and shipping. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Can I get a refund? Refunds apply in specific cases — transit damage, a printing error on our side, or a technical cancellation before printing. Once printing has started, orders can’t be cancelled for other reasons. See our full Refund & Return Policy for exact terms and the reporting window.
Scope
Do you help with new ration card applications, corrections, or e-KYC? No — we’re a printing service only. We print the ration card you already have onto a PVC card; we don’t issue, edit, correct, verify, or process any ration card applications or government formalities.
