Getting your ration card printed on a durable PVC card takes four steps, from uploading your file to the card landing at your door. Here’s exactly what happens at each stage, so you know what to expect before you order.
What You’ll Need Before You Start
- A clear PDF or high-quality photo of your existing ration card
- ₹49 for the print (plus your chosen shipping option)
- A UPI ID, debit/credit card, or net banking access for payment — cash on delivery isn’t available
Step 1: Upload Your Ration Card File

On your state’s product page, you’ll upload your ration card as a PDF or a clear photo through the checkout form on the site itself — no need to email or WhatsApp it separately. This is the single most important step: the print quality depends entirely on the clarity of what you upload. Blurry, cropped, or low-resolution files will print exactly as submitted, so it’s worth taking an extra moment to check that all text on your card is sharp and fully visible before you upload.
We print exactly what you give us — we don’t edit, correct, or verify the ration card data itself. If something on your card needs to be fixed (like a spelling error or an address update), that has to be corrected with the issuing government department first; our service is printing only.
Step 2: Pay Online

Once your file is uploaded, complete payment via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. Your order is confirmed the moment payment goes through — there’s no separate confirmation step or manual approval needed on your end.
Step 3: We Print Within 36 Hours

After your order is confirmed, we print your card within 36 hours, before it’s dispatched. Every card is printed on premium 0.76mm PVC in standard credit-card size (86 × 54mm), full color, front and back, with a glossy, waterproof finish. Because each card is custom-printed to order, we can’t make changes once printing has started — this is also why double-checking your uploaded file in Step 1 matters.
Step 4: Choose Your Shipping & Track Delivery

Pick the shipping option that fits your timeline:
| Method | Charge | Delivery Time |
|---|---|---|
| Speed Post | ₹70 | 7–15 days |
| Normal Courier | ₹110 | 5–7 days |
| Blue Dart Courier | ₹149 | 3–7 days |
Once dispatched, you can check your order’s progress any time from your account — see Track Your Order for how.
What We Don’t Do
To keep expectations clear: we only print the ration card you provide onto a PVC card. We do not issue, modify, correct, or verify ration cards or their underlying data — that’s handled by the relevant state government department, not by us.
Your Data, Handled Carefully
The ration card file you upload is used only to produce your print and is deleted within 15–30 days after your order is completed. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Common Questions About the Process
Can I change my file after uploading it? Not once printing has started — orders are processed within 36 hours, so changes need to be requested as early as possible. Contact us immediately if you spot an error.
What if my photo isn’t clear enough? We print exactly what’s submitted. If a low-quality file is uploaded and printed as-is, no reprint is available afterward, so it’s worth checking clarity before you upload — see our Refund & Return Policy for the full terms.
